I was excited to receive my first piece of American Bakeware. I love the yellow color and I love how strong and well made the piece feels and looks. I was excited to try out my casserole piece for a few of my favorite seasonal recipes. I made a sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving and made a delicious apple crisp as well. I was really impressed with how well the casserole bakeware baked my food. My recipes baked evenly throughout. Also, clean up was a cinch! I made two dishes with elements that can tend to adhere and stick to bakeware, but that wasn't a problem with this piece. Everything cleaned up beautifully and very easy. (Posted on 12/8/2014)
